1. Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of our on-demand IT support services, cancellations are not allowed once the service engagement has started.
  • Clients are required to review project estimates and scope before confirming the service.

2. Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be provided only if the agreed requirements are not implemented within the committed timeline.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 14 days from the expected delivery date.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
