Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Due to the nature of our on-demand IT support services, cancellations are not allowed once the service engagement has started.
- Clients are required to review project estimates and scope before confirming the service.
2. Refund Policy
- A full refund will be provided only if the agreed requirements are not implemented within the committed timeline.
- Refund requests must be raised within 14 days from the expected delivery date.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
