Our Story

Founded in 2017 by Microsoft 365 Certified experts in Bengaluru, Empathy Technologies aims to make Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions accessible and efficient for businesses of all sizes. We provide tailored, hands-on support with a people-first approach, ensuring innovation, dedication, and customer satisfaction. Our strong client relationships and impactful solutions set us apart.

2017 – The Beginning

Empathy Technologies was founded in Bangalore with a vision to empower businesses through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.

2018 – First Milestones

Delivered our first SharePoint intranet solution and secured our first international client, setting the stage for global growth.

2019 – Expanding Our Services

Launched Power Automate and Power Apps services, establishing Microsoft 365 as our core focus. Expanded the team to 5 full-time employees.

2020 – Global Reach

Opened our Bangalore office and delivered solutions to clients across 5 countries, marking our international expansion.

2021 – Scaling Up

Introduced advanced Teams and Outlook integrations. Secured government certification and doubled our team to 10 employees.

2022 – Growing Impact

Launched Power Platform training, expanded our client base to companies with 500+ employees, and earned recognition for digital innovation. Team size grew to 15.

2023 – Going Remote & Global

Adopted a remote-first model, introduced CoPilot AI services, and expanded to 40+ global clients across 10 countries with a team of 25 employees.

2024 – Innovation & Recognition

Introduced AI-driven Custom Intranet Solutions and featured in Emerging Tech Startups in India, growing to 30 employees.

2025 – Future Horizons

Opening new offices in New Delhi and continuing to innovate with AI-enhanced Microsoft 365 tools and automation, leading the future of work.
